Description

These wire wrapped shark teeth belonged to an "Otodus obliques" shark which was a prehistoric shark related to the modern mackerel shark. Scientists estimate that it may have grown up to 30' in length. Ododus was a wide-spread species, its remains have been found in Africa, Asia, North America, and Europe. The Teeth of this shark are large (up to 4") with smooth cutting edges.
These teeth are perfect for jewelry making and and necklaces. They have been hardened and wrapped with a tarnish resistant craft wire. Please note that these teeth are sold in lots of 50 pcs.
