A: Typically 3-5 business days within the US, internationally, up to 15 days
 
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase date. Items must be returned in the condition they were shipped in. Buyer pays for return shipping.
 
Q: How do know if s specimen is real:
A: We've been in business close to 30 years. We only sell genuine specimen, and we're happy to provide a certificate of authenticity upon request for all items over $100
 
Q: Do you buy collections?
A: Yes, depending on the quality and price.
 
Q: Do you have a physical location?
A: Yes, we operate out of a 4000 sf warehouse and show room.
 
Q: Do you accept walk-in customers?
A: Yes, by Appointment. You may call or text us at: (941) 539-5883 to make and Appointment.

A: Yes
 
Q: Do you attend any trade show?
A: Yes, we attend 12 trade show per year. A list of our shows can be found in the Shows schedule page on the site.
