Description
This Large Mosasaur jaw belonged to a "Prognothodon" Mosasaur which was one of the largest of Mosasaur species that roamed the Cretaceous oceans of N.Africa 100 million yrs ago. This specimen is still in its original matrix with the plaster jacket on the reverse side. This mosasaur jaw can be further prepared and/or taken out of the matrix and reassembled. The bone and teeth are in great condition with the presence of some rooted teeth.
