Description
Ammonites are Prehistoric nautilus related to the modern day cuttlefish, squid, and octopus family. Ammonites are called cephalopods because their heads and tentacles protruded out of the same opening; they grew by building larger chambers on to their shells. They may have reached up to 6' in diameter.
These Ammonite pendants are made with hand-picked ammonites from Madagascar. They are hand set in sterling silver in Bali, Indonesia. The ammonites all feature great color and detail. Please note that the price listed is for one pendant.
